Established in 2017, our business was born on the charming cobbled streets of York, a city renowned for its exceptional food and drink. You’ll often spot us cruising around the historic streets, adding a touch of retro charm to the city. But our medieval city is just the beginning - we’ve worked throughout Yorkshire and, being mobile, we can bring the best of York’s charm right to your doorstep!

Q: How much does it cost to hire the mobile cocktail bar?
A: The cost of hiring the mobile cocktail bar depends on the package you choose, the number of guests, and the duration of the event. We offer three packages: Cash Bar, Token Bar, and Free Bar. Each package has a different pricing plan and a minimum spend requirement. For more details, please visit Services.
Q: What are the payment options and terms?
A: We accept cash and card payments at the bar. For Token Bar and Free Bar packages, you can prepay or pay after the event depending on your preference. We require a deposit to secure your booking, which will be returned at the end of the event as long as the minimum spend has been reached.
Q: What are the minimum and maximum number of guests that the mobile cocktail bar can cater for?
A: We can cater for any number of guests, from small intimate gatherings to large-scale events. However, we do have a minimum spend requirement that varies depending on the number of guests and the package you choose. Please contact us for a quote.
Q: What kind of drinks do you offer and can we customise the menu?
A: We offer a wide range of premium drinks, including draft beer/cider, cocktails, gin, wine, prosecco, bottled beers/ciders, and soft drinks. We also have delicious mocktails, juices, and super smoothies to suit any taste. You can customise the menu by telling us your favourite tipples and we will tailor it to your preferences.
Q: How long do you need to set up and pack up the mobile cocktail bar?
A: Yes, we provide everything you need for a perfect drink experience. We provide disposable or reusable cup wear, ice, quality garnishes, fresh fruit, and other equipment.
Q: Do you have a liquor license and public liability insurance?
A: Yes, we have both a liquor license and public liability insurance. We will take care of the relevant paperwork such as the Temporary Events Notice for your event.
Q: Do you need access to power, and parking at the venue?
A: Yes, we need access to power, and parking at the venue. Our VW camper van cocktail bar has an integrated sound system and lighting that requires power. Parking is essential for loading and unloading our equipment.
Q: What are your cancellation and refund policies?
A: If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your situation and offer you an alternative date or a partial refund depending on the circumstances. However, if you cancel within 14 days of your event date, we will not be able to refund your deposit and there is a further charge of £250.

Imported from Ohio and meticulously restored by renowned VW specialist Johnathan Crabtree at Herbie Hospital in Leeds, our van now features a pop-top roof, fully stocked fridges, and a canopy to protect our customers from inclement weather.
